l Product aseptic: UHT+ aseptic tank
l Bottle & cap aseptic: vaporization H2O2 / aseptic hot water decomposition, reduce water consumption
l Vaporization H2O2 sterilization for bottles after blowing machine.
l Space heating at decomposition area, avoid residue.
l Apply cap sterilization buffering technology, reduce influence of machine stop due to cap block.
l No need short sterilization during production.
l Applicable for combi-bloc and also blower+filler with air conveyor.
l Sterilizing process suitable for both PET and HDPE.
